About the Event

John Williams is the most performed composer of the present day and his works are worldwide hits. The American film composer has brought symphonic music out of the cinema and back into the concert hall. We dedicate a great film music open‐air concert to this living legend and add one of the most beautiful settings in Brandenburg with the historic castle lawn in Doberlug, with the Renaissance‐style castle as a backdrop. One of the best film music orchestras in the world is the German Film Orchestra Babelsberg. It presents goosebump classics such as 'Harry Potter', 'Indiana Jones' or 'Schindler's List' — magnificent music in stylish surroundings, garnished with a closing fireworks display — a perfect summer evening country party.
