About the Event

The Wind Quintet is one of the most colourful chamber ensembles. And we offer you the best of the contemporary Czech scene to listen to with Simon and Jude. The Belfiato ensemble has earned a European reputation during its existence and has recorded three profile CDs. The concert will feature a varied programme of pieces composed especially for the ensemble — the premiere by Lukáš Sommer and the now classic by André Jolivet — as well as interesting arrangements of Ludwig van Beethoven's original string quartet and Ravel's My Mother Goose.
