About the Event

The Netherlands Symphony Orchestra perform Beethoven, Hummel, Rossini, and Mendelssohn.

Trumpeter Gabor Boldoczki takes the solo part in Hummel's popular trumpet concerto, while Jan Willem de Vriend directs the orchestra in Beethoven's 4th Symphony, Rossini's overture to his opera La Gazzetta, and Mendelssohn's orchestral poem: Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage in this concert at Amsterdam's most famous hall.
