Revel in the musical delights unveiled in Bruckner's Third Symphony. Daniel Barenboim conducts the symphony Bruckner dedicated to Wagner, as part of his unfolding cycle with the Berlin Staatskapelle.

Leading from the keyboard, Barenboim first plays Mozart's intense Piano Concerto no. 24, before embarking on the first of Bruckner's fully mature symphonies. All the composer's hallmarks are here, including the final dash of wit — contrast the strings' jauty polka with the horns' solemn chorale in the final movement!
