Trained by a stellar team of song interpreters, including Wolfgang Holzmair and Sir Thomas Allen, Schuen's interpretative gifts are on full display in this recital, which includes both the familiar — Schumann's Liederkreis, op. 24 — and the rare, such as Frank Martin's von Hofmannsthal settings, Sechs Monologe aus Jedermann.
