New York‐born cellist Alisa Weilerstein performs works by Britten, Golijov, J.S. Bach and Kodály at the Palau de la Música Catalana, in Barcelona.

Cellist Alisa Weilerstein is in vogue. Mentored by none other than Daniel Barenboim, she has entered the international circuit with unstoppable force during the past years. The program diversity will display her extensive capabilities as she experiments with the naked sound of her 1790 William Forster instrument.
