About the Event

On the second weekend of Advent, young, clear, highly professional voices rarely heard in the capital will resound in the unique acoustics of the Friedrichstadtkirche in the French Cathedral. This year's Christmas concert will feature Camille Saint‐Saëns' “Oratorio de Noël,” a simple Christmas oratorio of romantic beauty with solo arias, a small orchestra, and chorales—performed by the professionals of the Knabenchor.
The evening will continue with more traditional Christmas carols in a joyful atmosphere, and the younger members of the boys' choir will gradually join them on stage.
