The Academy Folklore Group France Marolt ŠOU Ljubljana celebrates its 65th anniversary concert.

The guideline of the largest and one of the oldest Slovenian folk groups – the Academy Folklore Group France Marolt – has been challenging the limits in folk dance. The annual productions on the grand stage of the Cankarjev Dom by the popular France Marolt Group, which combines reinterpretation of traditional folk dance, music and costumes with contemporary performing art, have never failed to astound and amaze.

Celebrating its 65th anniversary, the group has again delved into the heretofore unexplored recesses of folklore performance.
