About the Event

The Orchestra del XVIII Secolo (18th Century Orchestra) will be conducted by Franz Brüggens and accompanied by the soloist Erich Hoeprich (clarinet)


Baroque vocal and symphonic works of Handel and Bach, symphonies and chamber music of Bruckner, Brahms and Beethoven, New Music's masters and protagonists of the twentieth century with Arnold Schoenberg and Wolfgang Rihm. They are the thematic lines of the thirty‐first edition of the Bologna Festival.
