Voces8: Théâtre des Champs‐Elysées
Paris, Théâtre des Champs-Élysées — Main Hall
About the Event
Eight men and women enjoy singing a cappella.
Paul Smith is one of the founding members of the ensemble Voces8. Initially, it was just a group of friends who liked to get together to sing. Then they decided to take advantage of an all‐expenses paid trip to Italy, entered the 2005 International Choral Grand Prix… and won First Prize for the best jazz performance and the Audience Award. Since then, this double quartet has been making its mark all over the world in repertoire ranging from Renaissance polyphony to jazz, popular music and pop. On Sunday 30 May. They will delight young and old alike at 11 am and 5 pm.
