Opera Bastille

L'Opéra Bastille was opened in July, 1989 on the Place de la Bastille in Paris. Designed by prize-winning architect Carlos Ott, the Bastille Opera is home to opera and ballet productions of the Paris National Opera. Although the hall houses an enormous audience (2700 seats), it is known for its clear sightlines from all seats.
