About the Event
The Pasdeloup Orchestra presents a spirited and brilliant programme.
The concert opens with Richard Strauss’s *Don Juan*, followed by Aurélien Pascal – appearing for the first time with the Pasdeloup Orchestra – performing D. Shostakovich’s magnificent and heroic Cello Concerto No. 1. Wolfgang Doerner, a long‐standing friend of the orchestra, will then conduct the overture to P. I. Tchaikovsky’s *Romeo and Juliet*.
These pieces promise intensity and depth in works performed to fill you with a wonderful sense of energy.
