By candlelight, in the intimate setting of a timeless venue, countertenor Mathieu Salama and soprano Maria Donnier, accompanied on guitar by Loïc Reboul, transport us to the heart of the Baroque era and the fascinating world of the great castrato voices.
From Vivaldi to Handel, the voices seek each other out, respond to one another, and at times blend together. Virtuosity, passion, desire, and tenderness weave a musical dialogue rich in contrasts.
