* Visit to the terraces is not allowed for people under 9 years old
Due to the characteristics and difficulty of the route (+ 200 steps), and security reasons, access to the visit is limited to:
a) people who do not have cardiorespiratory diseases, vertigo, claustrophobia or reduced mobility for reasons of age or health.
b) people older than 9 years. If the requirement is met and individuals are under age, proof must be provided through an official identification document.
Access to the visit is through the entrance of the “Portal del Mirador” (sea side). Inside the Cathedral, at the “Portal de la Almoina”, a Meeting Point has been set up for access to the Terraces. Before the visit start, you will be required to show and validate your, previously received by email, reservation.
The visits will start punctually within the time limits indicated in the reservation, and will last a maximum of one hour. Once this start time limit has passed, access to the visit will no longer be allowed.
Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.
Conditions during the visit:
* Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and must be the ratio of at least one adult for each less.
* Visitors undertake to maintain a behavior and a respectful attitude towards the monument.
* It is not allowed and is punishable by law to violate the integrity heritage, doing graffiti, graffiti, etc.
* The non‐observance of the indications in matters of conservation of the heritage indicated by the staff of the Cathedral can reach cause the immediate expulsion of the visit, without the right to any type of refund.
* It is not allowed to throw objects, nor to consume food and / or drinks (except water)
* Smoking is not allowed during the visit.
* Visitors should always keep an eye on their personal belongings.
* Please wear a formal dress according to a religious temple and avoid going in a swimsuit, without a shirt, etc.
* Following international safety regulations, access to the venue with travel suitcases or bulky items will not be allowed. We inform you that the Cathedral does not have lockers to deposit them.
