The main course features braised beef shoulder with Burgundy jus, truffle cream, and crispy potato straws. For dessert, a molten chocolate cake with pistachio center is paired with raspberry coulis and sparkling wine sorbet. A vegetarian menu is also available, and beverage packages can be booked in advance.
