Immerse yourself in an evening where classic elegance meets passionate art at the Kosciuszko Foundation with Tangos + Wine Reception.
Come for “a quint‐essential New York brownstone concert experience” and hear Latin Grammy winner PEDRO GIRAUDO TANGO QUARTET play in an intimate living room setting.
The group comprises Violin, Bandoneon, Bass and Piano, and they perform gorgeous Milongas, Waltzes, and Tangos. Musicians offers the audience insight into how tango evolved from marginal venues to cafes and dance halls, and finally to prominent concert halls. The musical journey will be accompanied by short anecdotes about the main figures in the history of tango.
