Music & Artistic Director Designate Dudamel and Artist‐in‐Residence Sheku Kanneh‐Mason unite with the Orchestra for Bloch’s passionate Schelomo, where the solo cello expresses the torment, allure, and shattered grandeur of King Solomon. Dudamel also leads Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite and Earth Between Oceans, an innovative piece by Pulitzer Prize laureate Ellen Reid.
