The Residenz Gala Concerts are musical journeys through time, accompanied by famous paintings on a large screen in the historically significant Allerheiligen‐Hofkirche.

The Allerheiligen‐Hofkirche, built between 1826 and 1837, was commissioned by Ludwig I., following the example of the palace chapel of Palermo. His architect Klenze — enthusiastic about St. Mark's Cathedral in Venice — also took inspiration for his design here.
