About the Event
Finding a 24‐year‐old first trumpet in a prestigious symphony orchestra isn't an everyday occurrence. Yet, Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano boasts Alessandro Rosi in this coveted position. This marks Rosi’s debut as a soloist, performing Haydn’s Concerto for trumpet and orchestra. Accompanying him is the gifted young conductor Julius Zeman, making his return to lead Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano in a program that whisks us away to the elegance and delight of Haydn, Schubert, and Mozart's Vienna.
