Immerse yourself in the ambiance of the Austro‐Hungarian Empire with a musical journey leading from its farthest reaches to Vienna. Who better to guide us than Alfred Eschwé, kapellmeister and ultimate guardian of Austrian tradition? Following his debut last season, Eschwé presents a journey starting with Bartók's evocative Hungarian Pictures, followed by Haydn's final Symphony with Drum Roll, and ending with a selection of Strauss's most iconic pieces, including the Tritsch‐Tratsch Polka and the Kaiser Waltz.
