In 2016, Warren Mailley‐Smith became the first British pianist to perform all of Chopin’s solo piano works from memory over a series of 11 recitals at St John’s Smith Square. Praised by critics as an “epic achievement,” Mailley‐Smith plans to reprise the series throughout the UK in upcoming seasons. He has delivered esteemed solo recitals at The Wigmore Hall, Carnegie Hall, and has performed for the British Royal Family multiple times. As one of his generation’s most active concert pianists, Mailley‐Smith performs in over 100 concerts each year. His repertoire includes 30 piano concertos, following his debut with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
