Opera da Camera di Roma is honored to invite you to an exclusive, intimate version of Giuseppe Verdi’s La Traviata in three acts.
La Traviata is one of the most emotionally powerful operas in the world, telling the story—through music—of the love between the courtesan Violetta and Alfredo, a love that seems impossible and defies the social conventions of its time.
Selected fragments of the opera will be presented in a chamber format, in three acts, performed by Italian soloists from Opera da Camera di Roma accompanied by piano. The performance recreates the atmosphere of 19th‐century Paris.
These unique opera concerts will take place in extraordinary candle glow venues with exceptional acoustics and an intimate atmosphere.
