Bonerowski Palace
Krakow, Poland
The Bonerowski Palace is a historic building, whose origins can be traced to the late thirteenth century. Today it is one of the finest monuments of mixed architecture of old Krakow.
Its name comes from Boners, a noble family that played an important role at the court of the Jagiellonian dynasty. The structure has been rebuilt several times, retaining aspects of Renaissance and Baroque architecture and preserving the integrity of the design, so that the building gained the eclectic, historicist character it bears today.
