Dreams and Dualities. The magic of Rossini, Mozart and Offenbach
Florence, Palazzo Corsini al Prato — Fondazione Mascarade Opera — Salone dei concerti
About the Event
A unique evening intertwining selected short scenes from three operatic masterpieces: 'Il viaggio a Reims' by Rossini, 'Le nozze di Figaro' by Mozart, and 'Les Contes d’Hoffmann' by Offenbach. Dreams & Dualities brings worlds, emotions, and contrasts into dialogue through an elegant and contemporary staging by Andrea Bernard, director of Lucrezia Borgia at Teatro del Maggio (November 2025) and of numerous productions at major international opera houses.
The event takes place in the historic Palazzo Corsini al Prato and the Corsini Gardens.
An evening where music and art meet, unveiling opera in an intimate, unexpected, and deeply moving way.
