Since its founding in 1972, this famous ensemble from the capital has been thrilling audiences of all ages with a colorful repertoire spanning all genres and centuries. It is not only fans of the deep, sonorous sound of strings who will get their money's worth here. With their proven entertaining lightness and virtuoso artistry, the musicians will once again demonstrate the full potential of the cello in this lively and cheerful spring matinee. Whether passionate tango, classical concert piece, or jazzy rhapsody—the 12 cellists will not only make their instruments swing on four strings, but also the audience in the Kulturpalast.
