Clear the stage for the Cuban band with that certain something! Sarahbanda, founded as part of the spirited project “Mozart y Mambo,” explores the rousing Cuban dance rhythms in a way never seen before. What makes them special? They include an instrument that is not found in traditional Cuban band music: the French horn. The energetic horn player of the Berlin Philharmonic, Sarah Willis, and some of the most talented musicians from the Caribbean island have taken their audience by storm. With exclusive new arrangements of some of the most famous Cuban songs and whimsical new compositions, the vibrant group creates a completely new sound that is fresh, innovative, and irresistible.
