Trio Prosonus at Clärchen's Sunday concerts in the Mirror Hall
Berlin, Clärchens Ballhaus — Spiegelsaal
About the Event
In the vibrant heart of Berlin, dive into an auditory journey at one of the city's legendary venues. The Hall of Mirrors at Clärchens Ballhaus captivates with its high ceilings and reflective walls, offering a space that exudes a unique charm. Known for its outstanding acoustics, it stands as a top destination for concerts.
Wojciech Koprowski (violin), Maciek Strzelecki (viola), and Adam Krzeszowiec (cello) have known each other since childhood, and this musical bond is clearly evident in their playing. Each is an outstanding soloist on his or her instrument together, they form a string trio of exceptional musical refinement and intensity.
Their program spans from the Baroque to the modern era and combines well‐known asterpieces with rarely performed discoveries. The centerpiece of the evening is the impressive string trio by their compatriot Krzysztof Penderecki—a fascinating work that is far too rarely heard on concert stages and whose performance you should not miss.
