Seating
The experienced staff will assign tables within the booked seating category in advance of your visit.
Groups of up to 6 people will always be seated together at one table. Larger groups will also be seated together, depending on the number of people and the booked seating category, and may be seated at adjacent tables.

Beetroot tartare on bulgur wheat, served with pickled radish, sour cream, and pumpernickel crumbs
INTERMEDIATE COURSE
Confit fillet of winter cod on green pea purée with potato and truffle ragout, fennel and colorful vegetable straws
MAIN COURSE
Two duck dishes – pink roasted breast and confit ragout – with Macaire potatoes, Romanesco, green asparagus, and honey‐rosemary jus
DESSERT
Chocolate pistachio soufflé on piña colada chili salad, served with nougat ice cream
