About the Event
“Rejoice, be glad!” – Johann Sebastian Bach’s Christmas Oratorio is one of the best‐known and most beloved masterpieces of Baroque music, and with its festive Christmas atmosphere, it is simply part of Christmas for many. The Christmas Oratorio comprises six cantatas, the first three of which—composed for the three days of Christmas—will be performed on December 26 at the Konzerthaus by the Choir of the Church of the Redeemer and the Camerata Instrumentale Berlin.
