About the Event

The Festspielhaus Baden‐Baden is inviting the important European ensemble for the first time since 2008. Back then, Nacho Duato was still the charismatic head of the ensemble. The piece “White Darkness”, which the company is bringing back, is reminiscent of this time. Muriel Romero has led the Compañía Nacional de Danza since September 2024. She danced with Nacho Duato and delighted audiences as a soloist as well as with the Bavarian State Ballet, the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the Semperoper Dresden, etc. Since 2008 she has been creating choreographies for her own ensemble Stocos Institute Madrid, together with the composer Pablo Palacio.
