In the vibrant heart of the german capital, dive into an auditory journey at one of the city's legendary venues. The Hall of Mirrors at Clärchens Ballhaus captivates with its high ceilings and reflective walls, offering a space that exudes a unique charm. Known for its outstanding acoustics, it stands as a top destination for concerts.
Following last year’s huge success—when the audience was reluctant to let her leave the stage—the dazzling cellist Irena Josifoska returns, joined by the phenomenal pianist Michael Cohen‐Weissert and star violinist Giulia Rimonda, one of the most exciting rising stars on the young music scene, who has already made her mark on international stages.
Irena will enchant us with the musical fairy tales of the late Romantic composer Leoš Janáček. The three musicians have decided to juxtapose Czech Romanticism—represented by Smetana’s impressive piano trio—with the music of Beethoven, thereby highlighting the contrasts as well as the surprising connections between the Classical and Romantic periods.
