Pianist Jeroen van Veen describes Canto Ostinato as ‘a way of life’. The enchanting allure of Simeon ten Holt’s Canto Ostinato: an iconic and almost ritualistic masterpiece that is continuously reinvented in the present moment. This evening, this Dutch minimalist classic will be brought to life on four grand pianos and an organ. Alongside pianist Van Veen, Aart Bergwerff will grace the organ. LP Duo (Sonja Lončar and Andy Pavlov) and Irene Russo will join on the other three grand pianos.
