About the Event
Portuguese singer and Eurovision winner Salvador Sobral is returning to the Recital Hall for his third performance, introducing his new album, A Flor do Recomeço (The Flower of a New Beginning). This autumn release highlights Salvador Sobral’s deep connection with Brazilian music, offering him a personal journey back to his musical roots.

The Concertgebouw and jazz & pop music together create an ideal pairing. The stages of the Main Hall and the Recital Hall have hosted nearly all of jazz history. Legends like Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis, and Louis Armstrong have all performed here. Famous pop acts such as Frank Zappa, the Doors, and the Eagles have graced the stage of the Main Hall as well. Legendary performances, spanning both the past and the present.
