About the Event
This season, De Waalse Kerk and Jewish Music Concerts proudly present the Jewish Music Concerts Series. This concert series provides a platform for Jewish musicians and music. The series concludes with a concert by the world‐renowned Jerusalem String Quartet. On this evening, they will pay tribute to various Jewish composers.
In the second half of the concert, several members of the Jewish Amsterdam Chamber Ensemble will join the string quartet for a performance of the iconic Octet in E‐flat major by the legendary Felix Mendelssohn.
Practical Information
The Bösendorfer Series is a series of intimate piano recitals in which nine top pianists shine behind our Bösendorfer Imperial Grand grand piano. The Bösendorfer Series is made possible in part by Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam.
