Formed in 1955, the Netherlands Chamber Orchestra boasts a rich history of remarkable achievements. Although it merged with the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra in 1985, it retained its unique identity. The ensemble is known for its striking dynamic, rarely relying on a conductor, and instead demonstrating an instinctive interplay. The chemistry is palpable at every performance, under the leadership of concertmaster Gordan Nikolić since 2004.
