About the Event
The upcoming concert is anticipated to be a revelation for several reasons. Firstly, it will feature two masterpieces. One of these is renowned as "the duke of all violin concerti," while the other is a symphony with a particularly stunning Adagietto movement. Such is the beauty of the Adagietto that the American producers of Visconti's film, Death in Venice, who had the opportunity to listen to it, immediately recognized the immense talent of Mahler and expressed a desire to collaborate with him in the future.
