One of the UK's busiest chamber ensembles, the Piccadilly Sinfonietta performs around 100 times each year in some of the country's most beautiful and prestigious venues. Founded in 2017 by concert pianist Warren Mailley-Smith, the ensemble focuses on the virtuosic concerto works of the Baroque, Classical and early Romantic periods. The Sinfonietta makes its home base in the London church of St. Mary-le-Strand, a charming and often-overlooked architectural gem, where they present several short, candle-lit concerts most weeks, unless on tour.
