Yuri Mizobuchi

Mezzo‐soprano

Yuri Mizobuchi is from Japan, where, after studying musicology at Osaka University, she pursued vocal studies at the Kyoto University of the Arts, graduating with honors. She continued her studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, specializing in lieder and oratorio under Charles Spencer, and also graduated with honors. She then studied opera repertoire at the Prague Conservatory. She took master classes with Christa Ludwig, among others. This was followed by an active opera and concert career in numerous cities across Europe.
