Carris Jones

Soloist

Carris Jones (Alto) was a Choral Exhibitioner at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge. Her solo experience includes Handel’s Messiah for Gonville and Caius College Musical Society, Mozart’s Coronation Mass and Vivaldi’s Gloria for MagSoc, and Mozart’s Requiem for Cambridge University Music Society. In 2004 she made her operatic debut as Auntie in the Cambridge University Opera Society production of Peter Grimes. Carris studies singing with David Lowe. Recent solos with the Voce Ensemble include Bach’s Cantata 24, 76, 147 and his Lutheran Mass in F major.
