I Musici di Roma

The Ensemble I Musici di Roma was founded in 1952, and formed by six violins, two violas, two violoncelli, one contrabass and one cembalo. Since its debut at the Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome, the ensemble has established itself as one of the most renowned chamber music groups. I Musici die Roma has performed worldwide at concert halls such as the Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York, Boston Symphony Hall, Teatro Colon Buenos Aires, Suntory Hall and Opera City Hall in Tokyo, Seoul Arts Center, Shanghai Concert Hall, Wiener Musikverein, Berliner Philharmonie, Palau de la Música Barcelona, MDR Musiksommer, Spring Festival Budapest and at the International Festival „George Enescu“ Bucarest.
