Claudio Corsi

Claudio Corsi began to study the violin with Lilia D’Albore in Rome when he was still very young.

He was then awarded a first music scholarship by the Italian Foreign Affairs Ministry, through which he could attend Yair Kless’ lessons in Austria, and then a second scholarship from the Rotary International Association, which gave him the opportunity to study with Yuval Yaron in Bloomington (USA).

He won the T.I.M. prize in 1994 and was awarded as the best Italian music graduate in 1996, beginning his music career in prestigious institutions such as Teatro Argentina (Rome), Teoatro Ghione (Rome), Auditorium (Rome), Lingotto (Turin), Concert Society (Milan), Friends of Music (Perugia), Ravello Festival and many others. Ha takes part as first violin in several orchestras, notably in the Orchestra Sinfonica di Roma, Orchestra Sinfonica di Salerno, Teatro di Salerno and others.
