About the Event
The 'Advent Concerts' at the Fortress Salzburg are widely regarded as one of the most important chamber music series in the world. Highly qualified musicians and internationally recognised soloists offer excellent performances of works by W. A. Mozart.
The concert series offers not only the highest quality musical experience, but the special atmosphere of the 900 year old Festung Hohensalzburg as well. It is the hallmark of the 'Mozart City' of Salzburg and the view of the city and surrounding countryside from the concert hall is beyond compare.

The concert venue unfortunately does not provide disabled access for people with limited mobility.
Practical Information
The concert hall at Hohensalzburg Fortress is unfortunately not accessible for people with limited mobility. Visitors must ascend approximately 100 stairs to access the Golden Hall.
