For some time now, the philological “discovery” of the cello piccolo has enabled Mario Brunello to explore the Baroque repertoire in a new and surprising way. Together with Riccardo Doni’s Accademia dell’Annunciata, an ensemble of rare stylistic excellence, Brunello crosses the planet Tartini touching authors to be rediscovered such as Vandini, Moretto and Meneghini.
