Summer Symphony

About the Event

The Neue Potsdamer Hofkapelle performs music by Mendelssohn, Händel, and Beethoven, under the baton of Björn O. Wiede.

The Neue Potsdamer Hofkapelle consists of professional musicians from Berlin and Brandenburg who are well‐known in Potsdam for their own symphony program and choir concerts. The musicians perform works of the First Viennese School and the Romantic Age, either as a modern symphony orchestra or chamber orchestras.

In bad weather or rain the concert shall take place in the Nikolaikirche (Am Alten Markt, 14467).
