Three sopranos, accompanied by flute, French horn and grand piano, perform arias, duets, trios in a concert dedicato to the great Soprano Maria Callas!

A sensual and expressive dancer will accompany the romantic melodies with wonderful virtuosity and sinuous choreography. The interpretation of famous arias by Puccini, Verdi, Rossini, Donizetti and Mozart and beautiful pieces by Boito and Hoffenbach, enchant the audience in the charming and refined atmosphere of the sixteenth Teatro Palazzo Santa Chiara.

Menu 1: Menu Pizza
*Starter: Bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil
*Real Neapolitan Pizza (of your choice from the menu)
*Draft Beer, water and coffee

Menu 2: Typical Roman Dinner, 3 courses
*Starter: Bruschetta with mixed grilled vegetable in oil with garlic and
parsley OR Eggplant pot with mozzarella, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and basil
*First Course: Spaghetti with Carbonara sauce (egg, traditional bacon and pecorino cheese) OR Bucatino with Amatriciana sauce (tomato, traditional bacon and pecorino cheese)
*Second Course: Sliced beef steak with rocket salad OR Ox tripe cooked in Roman style, with pecorino cheese and mint
*Water and coffee

Menu 3: Typical Roman Dinner with dessert
*Starter: Bruschetta with cherry tomato and basil
*Main Course: Spaghetti with pecorino cheese sauce and black pepper
*Dessert: Homemade Tiramisù in a jar, with Gentilini biscuits
*Water and coffee
