The Radio NDR Symphony Orchestra Hamburg and the renowned pianist Alice Sara Ott will perform selected works by Rossini, Liszt, and Beethoven.
The romantic spirit loved contemporary as well as legendary heroes who offered hope of the freedom of spirit and of the people. This vital force also influenced Rossini’s final opera and Beethoven’s Eroica, which are classical in design and romantic in substance.
