About the event 'Les Solistes Francais'
The renowned chamber ensemble "Les Solistes Francais" perform favourite classical works in the exquisite Sainte-Chapelle church in Paris.
"Les Solistes Francais" (French Soloists), conducted by Paul Rouger, is comprised of ten young soloists whose members are graduates of the most prestigious European music schools. Many of them have also been members of the "Orchestre Symphonique Francais".
This group's highly expressive quality is a result of the positive philosophy that its members share. The warmth that prevails in the ensemble shines through in performances that never fail to inspire fans. This is surely one of the main reasons that they are invited to numerous festivals in France and abroad. The musicians are between 25 and 45 years of age, and audiences enjoy their curiosity and enthusiasm.
Programme on demand.
Please note: Sainte-Chapelle is currently undergoing renovations, and a portion of the windows will be covered with scaffolding.
