ABOUT THE EVENT

With "La Battaglia di Legnano" Ruggero Cappuccio debuts as a director in the historical theater of Trieste.  This Verdi's early work is presented as a symbol of Italian nation's cultural identity, particularly suited to the recent celebrations for the 150th anniversary of Italy.
