About the event
First performed May 1st 1786, at first banned in Vienna because of its satire of the aristocracy, the funny story and one of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's most successful works, full of misunderstandings and jokes. The opera in four acts will be performed by six singers in costumes, accompanied by piano, in the intimate setting of the Anglican Church of Florence, every act will be explained in English.
