One of the most important concern of Lothar Zagrosek is to re‐discover the works of those artist, whose music was forbidden during the German dictatorship, because they were Jewish or because their music did not correspond to the parameters of the taste of that time. For example Erich Wolfgang Korngold has a great careerin Hollywood as a film composer, but his work has been ignored in Europa for a long time. Nowadays his concert for violin is in the repertory of the most famous violinists.
